Trascendente Mezcal Maguey Ensamble 700ml

Trascendente Ensamble is a joven mezcal from the Central Valley of Oaxaca, made from a blend of Espadín, Tobalá and Cuishe agaves. The agave is cooked with sustainably sourced wood and fermented slowly with wild yeasts, and the mezcal is bottled at 40% ABV.

Expect citrus, mineral notes and a delicate smoke. Sip it neat or use it in a mezcal cocktail. 700 mL.
