Empress 1908 Premium Gin Collection 3pack (indigo/cucumber/elderflower) 375 ML

A three-pack of Empress 1908 Gin from Victoria Distillers in British Columbia: Indigo, Cucumber Lemon, and Elderflower Rose. The signature Indigo is a small-batch, copper-pot gin with eight botanicals including juniper, grapefruit peel, ginger, rose petal, and a butterfly pea blossom that gives it a deep indigo color, which shifts to pink or lavender when mixed with tonic or citrus. Empress 1908 is named for the Fairmont Empress Hotel and inspired by its tea and cocktail service. Indigo is bottled at 42.5% ABV.

The Indigo shows floral aromas that fade into cinnamon and ginger, with juniper and bright grapefruit on the finish. A fun set for tasting all three, or for gifting.
