Born in Bologna in 1885, Sarti built its name on inventive Italian liqueurs — and Sarti Rosa is its modern, fruit-forward take on the aperitivo spritz. This vivid pink liqueur is made with Sicilian blood orange, mango, and passion fruit, giving it a brighter, more tropical profile than classic bitter aperitivos, balanced with just enough tartness to stay refreshing.

At 14% ABV, it's built for easy mixing. The classic Sarti Spritz is 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Sarti Rosa, and a splash of soda over ice, finished with a slice of orange or lime — though it's just as good served solo over ice.
