Canadian Whiskey

Canadian whisky is usually blended, often from corn, rye, wheat and barley whiskies distilled separately, and must be aged at least three years in wood in Canada. The style tends to be light and approachable, and it is often called rye whisky in Canada even when rye is not the main grain.
