Amarás Mezcal Joven Americana 750ml

Amarás Americana is a joven mezcal made from 100% Agave americana in Tlacolula, Oaxaca. The agave is roasted in a conical stone oven, crushed with a stone Egyptian mill, fermented naturally in open-air vats with wild yeast and distilled in copper stills. It is bottled unaged at 40% ABV.

The producer describes a bittersweet aroma, roasted banana on the palate and a silky almond finish.

Sip it neat or use it in a Mezcalita or Paloma. 750 mL.
