Colonel E.H Taylor Small Batch Bourbon Bottled in Bond 750ml

Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon made at Buffalo Trace Distillery, the former O.F.C. Distillery, and bottled in bond at 100 proof (50% ABV). As a bottled-in-bond whiskey it is the product of one distilling season at one distillery and aged at least four years.

It is named for Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., a 19th-century distiller who championed the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Whisky Advocate noted parched corn, maple wood, spicy hard candy and spearmint. Sip it neat or with a splash of water. 750 mL.
