Zomoz Espadin Joven 750 ml

Zomoz Espadín Joven is an organic, Hispanic-owned mezcal bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) and left unaged, so it stays crystal clear.

The nose shows lightly smoked agave with honey and butterscotch, gentle floral notes, and roasted green chili with white pepper. On the palate, fresh agave and stone fruit with a hint of vanilla give way to dry lemon and white pepper, finishing long and smooth with lightly smoked, caramelized agave and a mineral edge.
