Perro Verde Tobasiche Mezcal 700ml

Perro Verde Tobasiche is a joven mezcal from Oaxaca, made with Tradición Chagoya from tobasiche, a form of Agave karwinskii. The agave is roasted in pit ovens, crushed by hand with mallets, fermented in wooden vats and distilled in copper and clay stills. It is bottled unaged at 42% ABV (84 proof).

Expect a smoky, spicy nose with tropical fruit and an oily texture. Sip it neat at room temperature. 700 mL.
