Perro Verde Espadin 700 ml

Perro Verde Espadín is a joven mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, made by fifth-generation mezcalero Don Porfirio Chagoya. The agave is roasted in conical earthen pit ovens and naturally fermented in wooden vats, and the mezcal is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 700 ml bottle.

The nose shows roasted agave, lime, and mint, leading to a balanced palate of yellow apple and tropical fruit with a light touch of smoke and a mellow, lightly spicy finish. Sip it neat or use it in a mezcal cocktail.
