Description
La Tierra de Acre Espadín is an artisanal joven mezcal made by maestro mezcalero Honorato Cruz Molina in Santa Ana, Oaxaca. Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia) aged seven to eight years is milled by tahona and double distilled in a 250-liter copper still, then bottled at 45% ABV.
The nose shows floral notes with smoked agave, pineapple and lime.
Sip it neat or use it in a mezcal Margarita or Negroni. 750 mL.
