Description
Koch El Tobasiche is an artisanal joven mezcal made in Río de Ejutla, Oaxaca. Tobasiche agave reaches maturity after approximately twelve years before harvest, then undergoes traditional production and double distillation in copper stills. The spirit itself is unaged.
Herbal and mineral aromas meet white pepper and earthy spice. The palate carries a savory character with hints of clove, cooked root vegetables and citrus, followed by toasted-nut notes. This 750ml bottling is 47% ABV, or 94 proof. Sip slowly from a copita or use in a mezcal-forward cocktail.
