Description
FaneKantsini Tobalá is a mezcal from Maestra Mezcalera Sósima Olivera Aguilar, who founded FaneKantsini in 2012 with the Tres Colibrí cooperative of mezcal producers in Oaxaca's Sierra Sur. It is made from Tobalá agave (Agave potatorum) in the Sola de Vega area, and the cooperative's producers share a palenque and help each other with production.
