Cazcanes No 9 Anejo SB26 750 ML

Cazcanes No. 9 Añejo is a high-proof tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave, double distilled in a pot still and aged in used American white oak barrels, then bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). This SB26 bottling is a single-barrel release.

Cooked agave, oak, butter, and butterscotch on the nose with cinnamon and baking spice. The palate brings vanilla, toffee, dried fruit, and oak, viscous at 50% ABV, and the finish carries toffee, agave, and barrel spice. Sip it neat, or with a few drops of water.
