El Tequileño Añejo Gran Reserva 750ML

El Tequileño Añejo Gran Reserva is made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave at Destilería El Tequileño (NOM 1108) in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, founded in 1959 by Jorge Salles Cuervo. It's a blend of añejo tequila aged in American and French oak with a portion of extra añejo, giving it extra depth. It is 100% additive-free and won a Gold Medal at the 2020 Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Orange peel, honey, vanilla, and a hint of leather on the nose. The palate offers dried apple and cherry, cooked agave, vanilla, pink peppercorn, and butterscotch, finishing dry with black pepper spice. Sip it neat or on the rocks.
