Cazcanes No. 7 Extra Anejo 750 ml

Cazcanes No. 7 Extra Añejo is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from the Los Valles region of Jalisco (NOM 1599), bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV). The agave is cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, roller milled, fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks with natural spring water, distilled in stainless steel pot stills, and aged in used American white oak barrels.

Tastings.com notes buttery, candied aromas of toasted coconut, burnt sugar, red apple, and root beer, with a long finish of dried banana, maple, and roasted nuts. Serve it neat or on the rocks, or use it in a spirit-forward cocktail like a tequila Old Fashioned.
