Fortaleza Reposado 700 ml

Fortaleza Reposado is produced by fifth-generation distiller Guillermo Erickson Sauza at Destilería La Fortaleza, using traditional methods: stone-crushed agave, open-air fermentation, and double distillation in copper pot stills. This 700ML bottle is rested 4-8 months in used American bourbon barrels, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), and made with no additives.

Expect aromas of citrus, caramel, and cooked agave with hints of butter and sage, leading into a palate of vanilla, apple, earth, and cinnamon. The finish is long, oily, and gently spiced — a reposado with real distinct character rather than a barrel-masked blanco.
