UNBENDT Bottled-in-Bond Straight Rye Whiskey 750ml

UNBENDT Straight Rye is made grain to glass by BENDT Distilling Co. in Lewisville, Texas. The mash bill uses Elbon rye, triticale, Maris Otter malted barley and Naked Streaker oats. It aged more than five and a half years in new charred American oak barrels and is bottled in bond at 100 proof, or 50% ABV.

The distillery describes notes of stone fruit and pepper with a lingering, slightly spicy finish.

Sip it neat with a splash of water or use it in a Manhattan. 750 mL.
