Savage & Cooke Cask Finished Rye Whiskey 750ml

Savage & Cooke Cask Finished Rye is distilled from a mash of 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malted barley in a 20-plate copper column still. It is aged at least three years in charred American oak, then part of the whiskey is finished for about two months in Grenache wine barrels. It is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).

Expect citrus, tropical and floral notes moving to white pepper and toasty vanilla.

Sip it neat or use it in a Manhattan. 750 mL.
