Description
Pinhook Collaboration Series No. 4 is a six-year-old Kentucky straight rye whiskey created with New Orleans bartender Neal Bodenheimer. The mash bill is 60% rye, 20% corn and 20% malted barley, and it is bottled at cask strength, 121.9 proof (60.95% ABV). The 2025 release was limited to about 2,000 bottles.
Breaking Bourbon notes pear, orange rind, butterscotch and rye spice. Sip it neat with a few drops of water or use it in a stirred rye cocktail. 750 mL.
