Corbin Cash Merced Rye Whiskey 750ml

Corbin Cash Merced Rye is made from 100% rye that the Souza family grows, ferments, distills and ages on their century-old farm in Atwater, Merced County, California. The rye began as a cover crop between the farm's sweet potato harvests. It is aged in charred American white oak barrels and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).

Expect rye spice, anise, green apple and brandied cherry, then butterscotch, caramel and vanilla with a spicy candied-apple finish. Use it in a rye Manhattan. 750 mL.
