Cedar Ridge Rye Whiskey 750 ml

Cedar Ridge Rye is a traditional rye whiskey from Cedar Ridge Distillery in Swisher, Iowa, the first licensed distillery in Iowa since Prohibition, founded in 2005 by Jeff Quint. It is made with a high-rye mash bill (about 70% toasted rye) using modern craft distilling methods and bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV). It won Gold at the 2017 Los Angeles International Spirits Competition and the 2017 International Craft Spirits Awards.

Spicy, floral aromas with raw sugar, anise biscotti, and wheat grass. The palate is dry yet fruity, and the finish is peppery, with ginger, licorice, white pepper, and gingerbread. A clean, approachable rye for sipping or for a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
