Cabal Botella de Caballo Extra Anejo Tequila 100ml

Cabal's Botella de Caballo Extra Añejo is the top of Tequila Cabal's range, and it's easy to spot on the shelf in its horse-head bottle. This 100ml size is a good way to try an extra añejo before buying a full bottle, or to give as a small gift.

Cabal bakes its blue agave for 42 hours in a 32-ton oven, ferments it for 72 hours with natural yeast, and double distills it. The tequila then rests for 36 months in oak barrels. Maestro Jimador Eduardo S. Lara and Maestro Tequilero Alvaro Montes oversee production.

The producer describes a layered palate of sweet oak, pepper and butterscotch, with a long finish of vanilla, oak and cooked agave. Sip it neat or with a single ice cube.
