El Cristiano Extra Anejo 750 ml

El Cristiano is an ultra-premium tequila made at Casa Tequilera de Arandas (NOM 1499) in Arandas, in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, where red clay soil and high elevation produce sweet, rich blue agave. The brand reports a 100% female workforce in Mexico and supports the El Cristiano Foundation, which helps women and children in Arandas.

The Extra Añejo is made from 100% blue Weber agave, distilled five times and aged for three years in American oak barrels. Expect caramel, nutmeg, prune, cinnamon and honey on the nose, with white oak, raisin and date on the palate and a long, smooth finish.

Made in very limited quantities, it's a tequila for sipping neat or over a single large cube.
