123 Extra Anejo Diablito Rojo 750ml

Diablito Rojo is an organic extra añejo tequila from 123 Organic Tequila and founder David Ravandi, made from single-estate 100% organic blue agave grown at 6,000 feet in red volcanic soils (NOM 1480). It is aged a minimum of seven years in French Limousin oak, then finished for six months in Limousin oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon; bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a one-time release of 2,000 bottles.

Expect Cabernet-driven aromas alongside caramelized roasted agave and brown spices, with cherry, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon on the palate. Sip it neat.
