Tokyo Nights Japanese Rum 750 ml

Tokyo Nights is a Japanese rum from BBC Spirits, the Bordeaux-based spirits company founded in 2010 that also bottles Japanese gin and vodka. The label features Shibuya, Tokyo's busy central district.

The rum is distilled in a copper pot still from molasses of locally grown sugarcane in Okinawa, Japan's subtropical southern islands, and is bottled at 80 proof with no added sugar. It is a distinctive, savory style: published notes point to tropical fruit like cooked mango, banana and pineapple alongside grassy, earthy minerality, sugarcane and a briny edge, finishing with hints of smoke and pepper. Try it in a daiquiri or highball if you like rums with character.
