Ten To One Caribbean Dark Rum celebrates the range of Caribbean rum-making in a single bottle. It is a blend of rums from Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Trinidad, bottled at 40% ABV.

Each island brings something different, from Jamaica's funky, fruity depth to the rounder, polished styles of Barbados and the Dominican Republic. VinePair rated it 93 points, calling it a well-balanced blend with notes of passionfruit, licorice and spicy heat built around a rich caramel core.

It has enough character to sip neat or over a single large cube, but it really shines in cocktails. Try it in a Dark and Stormy, a Mai Tai or a rum Old Fashioned, where its caramel and spice come through clearly.
