Symphony No.3 aged rum 750 ml

Symphony No. 3 is a 3-year-old American aged rum, distilled in a pot still from molasses made from Florida sugar cane and aged in ex-rye barrels. It is bottled at 44% ABV with no additives or artificial colors.

The ex-rye barrels add a slight dryness to caramel and vanilla, with banana and mango up front and hints of cocoa in the finish, plus some spicy, smoky tones from the rye. Good neat or in classic cocktails.
