Sonoma Distilling Co. California Rye Whiskey 750ml

Sonoma Distilling Co. California Rye is a straight rye whiskey from Sonoma County, made from rye and malted rye and double distilled in copper pot stills. It is aged a minimum of four years and bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV).

The distillery lists vanilla, allspice, white pepper and dried apricot, with a slightly chocolatey finish. Sip it neat or use it in a Manhattan. 750 mL.
