Rossville Union Cask Strength Rye 750 ML

Rossville Union Barrel Proof is a straight rye whiskey distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, at the historic distillery now operating as Ross & Squibb. It blends two rye recipes, one at 51% rye and one at 95% rye, and is bottled at barrel proof, so the strength varies by release; past batches have ranged from about 112 to 117 proof.

Reviewers note rye spice, caramel, vanilla and cocoa. Sip it neat, add a few drops of water, or use it in a strong Manhattan. 750 mL.
