Description
Angel's Envy Cellar Collection Volume 006 is a limited-release straight rye whiskey created by master distiller Owen Martin. It blends ryes aged 8 to 11 years, with portions finished for 15 to 23 months in ex-peach brandy barrels and for 6 to 12 months in toasted oak barrels. It is the first Cellar Collection release to use two finishes, and about 36,000 bottles were made. Bottled at 106.4 proof (53.2% ABV).
Expect peach, caramel, baking spice and toasted oak. Sip it neat or with a few drops of water. 750 mL.
