Noble Oak Double Oak Rye 750 ml

Noble Oak Double Oak Rye is a high-rye whiskey from Noble Oak Spirits in Newtown, Ohio, first aged in American oak and then finished with port wine oak cask staves. It is bottled at 96 proof (48% ABV). Noble Oak plants a tree with One Tree Planted for every bottle sold, and this rye won 97 points at the 2020 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.

Toffee, allspice, and oak on the nose. The palate opens with brown sugar and maple syrup before a fresh lemongrass note, and the finish is intense rye spice.
