Nixta Licor de Elote Corn Liqueur 750ml

Nixta Licor de Elote is a corn liqueur from Destilería y Bodega Abasolo, the Mexican producer of Abasolo whisky. It is made from cacahuazintle corn grown in the high valleys around the Nevado de Toluca volcano. Part of the corn is roasted and part left raw, both are steeped in corn distillate, and the result is blended with nixtamalized corn, water and piloncillo.

Expect roasted corn, caramel and vanilla.

Use it in a corn margarita, add it to coffee, or pour it over ice cream. 750 mL.
