Empirical Doritos 750ml

Empirical x Doritos Nacho Cheese Spirit is a limited-edition spirit from Copenhagen-born Empirical Spirits, founded by two Noma alumni, in partnership with Frito-Lay's Doritos. The flavor is extracted from real Doritos Nacho Cheese chips and captured by low-temperature vacuum distillation into a pilsner malt distillate base. Bottled at 84 proof (42% ABV).

Tastes of nacho cheese, corn tostada, and umami, with a hint of acidity and a soft salty note at the finish. It's a novelty spirit meant to be enjoyed chilled, over ice, or in savory cocktails like a Bloody Mary or Michelada, and it makes a great gift for the person who has everything.
