Chartreuse Yellow Liqueur 750ml

Yellow Chartreuse is a French herbal liqueur made by the Carthusian monks (the Chartreux Fathers) from 130 plants, barks, roots, spices, and flowers. It ages for a long time in oak vats before bottling and is 86 proof (43% ABV).

Expect a fresh, spicy nose, a soft structure, and notes of turmeric, citrus, and anise, with floral notes on the finish. Serve it chilled or on ice as a digestif, or use it in cocktails.
