New Deal Cascara Liqueur 750ml

New Deal Cascara Liqueur is made by New Deal Distillery on Portland, Oregon's Distillery Row. It is built on cascara, the dried fruit pulp of the coffee cherry left over from coffee production, combined with spirits and pure cane sugar. It is fruity and tea-like rather than a coffee liqueur.

The producer lists raisin, candied fig, dried apricot, black tea, honey and baking spice.

Pour a small measure over ice or use it in stirred cocktails in place of a sweet vermouth or amaro. 750 mL.
