Meletti 1870 Bitter Aperitif 750ml

Meletti 1870 Bitter is a red Italian aperitivo from the Silvio Meletti company, founded in 1870 in Ascoli Piceno in Le Marche. Separate distillates of sweet orange, bitter orange and an infusion of herbs and spices, including gentian, coriander, clove and cinnamon, are blended with pure spirit and lightly sweetened. It is bottled at 25% ABV.

It opens with sweet citrus and turns bitter mid-palate before a spiced finish. Use it in a Negroni or spritz, or serve it over ice with soda. 750 mL.
