Hogback Wallace Collection Cask Strength Single Malt Barrel #5 750 ml

The Wallace Collection is the premium single-barrel, cask-strength single malt line from Hogback Distillery in Boulder, Colorado. Barrel #5 comes from the collection's early releases, which were made from 100% U.S. malted barley (peated malt did not enter the series until Barrel #14). Hogback distills on a 1,300-gallon Scottish copper pot still.

Each barrel is bottled on its own, so proof and flavor vary from cask to cask. Try it neat first, then add a few drops of water to open it up.
