Giffard Crème de Cacao White is a clear chocolate liqueur from Giffard, a family-run liqueur house in the Anjou area of France's Loire Valley. It is made from the distillation of cocoa beans and bottled at 25% ABV.

Expect a lightly sweet, full-bodied profile with chocolate, coffee and cacao fruit. Because it is clear, it adds chocolate flavor without darkening a drink. Use it in a Grasshopper, Brandy Alexander or a chocolate martini. 750 mL.
