Don Julio Tequila Blanco 750 ml

Don Julio Blanco is the foundation of the Don Julio range and the purest expression of its house style. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco, it is produced under NOM 1449 and bottled unaged at 80 proof.

The agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed with a roller mill, and distilled in pot stills, giving a clean, crisp spirit that lets the agave lead. There is no barrel time here, just fresh, bright tequila.

Expect sweet cooked agave up front, with citrus zest and a light peppery edge on a smooth, clean finish. It is a reliable choice for margaritas, palomas and other citrus-driven cocktails, and it holds up well sipped chilled or over ice.
