Cappelletti Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro 750ml

Cappelletti Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro is a rhubarb amaro from Cappelletti in Trentino, northern Italy, a recipe the family has made for nearly a century. Its base is Chinese rhubarb grown in Trentino, and the name refers to the sfumato painting technique, a nod to its smoky character. It is bottled at 20% ABV.

Expect candied orange peel, smoke, pickled herbs and raspberry with a dry, bitter finish. Sip it neat or use it in place of vermouth in a Manhattan. 750 mL.
