Alma Tepec Pasilla Mixe Chile Liqueur 750ml

Alma Tepec Pasilla Mixe is a chile liqueur from Oaxaca made with the rare Pasilla Mixe chile. The chiles are smoke dried and macerated in sugarcane spirit, then lightly sweetened to carry their fruit, spice, and smoke into the glass.

Expect rich red chile fruit, a smoky edge, and lingering warmth. Enjoy it neat or use it to add depth to a Margarita or other agave cocktail. 750ml bottle; 40% ABV.
