Willett Family Estate Bourbon Small Batch 4 year 750ml

Willett Family Estate Small Batch Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Willett Distillery in Bardstown, blended from the family's proprietary high-rye and low-rye mash bills, aged 4 years in new charred American oak, and bottled cask strength and non-chill filtered. Proof varies by batch, generally in the 115 to 127 range.

Caramelized brown sugar and vanilla bean on the nose with cinnamon, toasted oak, and a hint of dark cherry. The palate is viscous, with brown butter cornbread and toffee giving way to baking spice, black pepper, and clove, and the finish is long and warming, with leather, charred oak, and spiced cherry cola. Best neat or with a few drops of water.
