Eagle Rare 12 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Eagle Rare 12 Year Old is Buffalo Trace Distillery's newest age-stated bourbon, added to the core Eagle Rare lineup alongside the well-known 10 Year in 2025. It's made from the distillery's Mashbill #1 — the same low-rye recipe behind several Buffalo Trace releases — and aged a minimum of 12 years before bottling at 95 proof (47.5% ABV), a step up from the 10 Year's 90 proof. Buffalo Trace describes the whiskey as opening with a sweet, oaky aroma and hints of almond, moving into vanilla and toasted oak on the palate, and finishing with warm notes of toffee. For bourbon drinkers who already know the 10 Year, this is a chance to try the same lineage with two extra years in the barrel and a bit more proof behind it.
