Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Cask Immaculata 2026 is a limited-release Kentucky bourbon from Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. It blends an 8-year-old wheated, pot-distilled bourbon, a 10-year-old high-rye Kentucky bourbon, and a much older Kentucky bourbon base, and is bottled unfiltered at cask strength, around 118 proof (about 59% ABV).

Expect vanilla bean, mature oak, and dried fruit on the nose, with baking spices and a long, warming finish. Best neat or with a few drops of water.
