Whistlepig Declaration Wheat Whiskey 750 ml

WhistlePig Declaration Wheat Whiskey is a limited-edition release for America's 250th anniversary, launched in May 2026. It is a blend of high-wheat American whiskeys made in the USA, double aged in new American oak, and bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV). The copper-hued stopper is styled after the cracked Liberty Bell, and it was released as a softer counterpart to WhistlePig's rye-forward lineup.

Raspberry and vanilla gelato on the nose with orange crème, toasted honey-wheat bread, and soft oak. The palate is sweet, with almond butter and orange blossom honey, and a rye spice that builds toward the finish. Sip it neat or on the rocks, or use it in an Old Fashioned.
