WhistlePig The BigShǝBàng is a 30 year old North American single malt whisky, aged three decades in American oak and then finished in Italian Vin Santo dessert wine casks. It is bottled as a single barrel release at 90.4 proof (45.2% ABV), and it completes WhistlePig's single malt trilogy alongside the 21 and 25 year old releases.

WhistlePig describes honeyed bread, wheat crust, and floral aromas, followed by clove, freshly kneaded dough, and honeysuckle on the palate and a finish of toasted cedar and sweetness. Best neat.
