Thick Skinned Red Mountain Red Blend 2015 750ml

Thick Skinned 2015 is a Bordeaux-style red blend from Washington’s Red Mountain appellation. Cabernet Sauvignon makes up 60% of the blend, joined by 33% Malbec and 7% Petit Verdot, bringing dark-fruit richness and a firm structure to the wine.

Cherry and spice aromas open into concentrated black-cherry flavor, with a substantial tannin presence. This 750ml bottle is 15% ABV. Pair it with grilled beef, lamb, sausage and peppers or a savory mushroom dish. Allowing the wine some time in the glass can help its aromas unfold.
