The Producer Mezcal Artesanal Ensamble 750ml

The Producer Ensamble is an artisanal mezcal made by mezcalero Juan Pacheco Santos in Ejutla, Oaxaca, from a blend of espadín and cuishe (Agave karwinskii). The agave is roasted for 72 hours, crushed with a bull-drawn stone tahona and double distilled in copper stills.
