The Macallan 15 Year Double Cask 750 ml

The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks. It is bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV).

Expect dried fruit, toffee, vanilla, baked apple, honey, and chocolate on the nose, then sweet raisin and sultana with vanilla, wood spice, and citrus on the palate, and a warm finish of ginger turning to caramel and citrus. Enjoy it neat or in a whisky sour.
