Macallan 12yr Sherry Oak 110 proof 750ml

The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old 110 Proof is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky matured for 12 years exclusively in sherry-seasoned oak casks at The Macallan's Easter Elchies estate. This higher-strength edition of the Sherry Oak 12 is bottled at 110 proof (55% ABV) and has a deep amber color.

The nose brings sticky dates, cherry compote, cinnamon, cacao nibs, and dried orange, followed by rich oak, sultanas, stem ginger, star anise, mandarin, and chocolate-coated espresso beans on the palate. The finish layers treacle toffee, mocha, and sweet cinnamon. Try it neat, then with a few drops of water.
